Pay-As-You-Go Service

To guarantee a quick response we would strongly  recommend that your computers are covered by a support contract however as we are a local company Aspire Computers are usually able to provide a qualified engineer within 8 working hours to help resolve problems at fixed competitive hourly rates.

Hardware Support Contracts

Our hardware support contracts provide guaranteed responses within agreed timescales for major brands and clone PC hardware. Our tailored approach to support means that key equipment can be covered on a response time as little as four hours to site, and other equipment on for example next day. In this way you can mix and match the service level contract you need to get the most appropriate service to match your business needs.

Typical options include:

  • The support period to be 12 months on a rolling annual renewal basis, and can be paid on a monthly basis
  • All travel and onsite time as well as telephone support covered
  • “Logmein” Internet access for Remote Support & Diagnostics. All PC’s covered will have the client software installed
  • Unlimited call outs to site
  • Response within an 8 hour working period for the workstations and 4 hour working period for the server or better if onsite assistance is requested
  • To ensure system integrity and smooth running we will undertake to “log on” on a regular basis
  • The cover time to be 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays
  • Operating Software platforms covered:- Windows XP, Vista, win 7, Server 2008 & 2011
  • Parts are not covered by this agreement and are subject to additional costs when required unless still under warranty conditions.
